I change low certified models tension

The models of certificates of low tension have changed in April of 2024. They have adapted to the new Industrial Law segun Decret 192/2023, of 7 of novembre, of the seguretat industrial als establiments, them instal.lacions i els productes.

The models become:

- Certificat d'instal.lació elèctrica Of baixa tensió (model ELEC-1)
- Certificat d'instal.lació elèctrica generadora Photovoltaic connectada to xarxa in baixa tensió (model ELEC-11)
- Certificat d'instal.lació elèctrica Of baixa tensió per to instal.lacions especials Of fires i stands (model ELEC-12)
