The nou codi d'accessibilitat aprovat pel Decret 209/2023: l'àmbit of l'edificació
Hem realitzat The Curs per Conèixer them novetats legislatives i tècniques that in l'àmbit of l'edificació
s'Have produït amb the publicació of the nou decret 209/2023 per to the qual s'aprova the nou Codi d'Accessibilitat.
The 30 of novembre of 2023 s'has publicat to the DOGC the Decret 209/2023, pel qual s'aprova the Codi d'accessibilitat of Catalonia, that és in force the 1 of març of 2024, 3 mesos després of the seva publicació to the DOGC. The nou Codi, that derogates the vigent (D. 135/1995),respon to the necessitat of desplegament of the Llei 13/2014 d'Accessibilitat of Catalonia.
Amb A total of 199 articles i 15 annexos, is fixen them condicions, els requisits i them solucions d'accessibilitat necessàries perquè els espais d'ús públic, els edificis, els mitjans of transport, els serveis, els productes i els processos of comunicació garanteixin l'autonomia, the igualtat d'oportunitats i the no-discriminació of them persones amb discapacitat or amb altres dificultats d'interacció amb l'entorn.

Sol·legality of permissions i projectes:
- Sol·licituds of llicències i autoritzacions, comunicats d'act i altres tràmits administratius assimilables that s'hagin presentat abans dels 6 mesos posteriors to l'gone in in force of the Decret (1.9.2024).
- Projectes visats abans Of l'gone in in force of the Decret is regeixen per the applicable rule in the moment of the visat, sempre that the sun·legality of llicència corresponent, the comunicat d'act or l'inici of the tramitació administrative that correspongui s'hagi efectuat in a termini of fins to dotze mesos give of l'gone in in force d'aquest Decret (fins 1.03.2025).
- Projectes encarregats per Them administracions públiques that s'hagin presentat abans dels 6 mesos posteriors to l'gone in in force of the Decret (1.09.2024).
